Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened kits. For opened kits, we offer a 14-day return window if the product is defective or damaged.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
2. Receive a return authorization number
3. Package the item securely with all original contents
4. Include the return authorization number on the package
5. Ship the package to our return address

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Original delivery costs are non-refundable
• Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different kit styles or sizes. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
